How to Buy from Fertility momma

 

To make a purchase click on the buy it now button and the amount you wish to purchase ( 1.2 or 3?) and your item will be placed into a online basket with a postage amount included by the side of each item, once you have finsihed  adding items to your basket you will be asked to state the country you want the item shipping too.

If you are uk based you will only pay the postage displayed next to the item there is no handling charge for uk addresses

 

Please note there is a additional handling charge added to the postage to send to countries outside the uk, Europe is £1.50 GBP, Usa is £3 GBP and Autralia and Asia is £5 GBP, this is because sending items via airmail costs more than standard uk postage and this charge accounts for that difference.

 

(please ensure if you are outside the uk that  the items you order do not come to more than 2kg in weight as i will be unable to process your order)

 

 

If you are happy with your basket and the total amount to pay you will  be taken to paypal a secure online payment site where you can input your card information securely, I cannot see any information regarding your card info and will just be told the payment has been accepted.

With paypal each transaction you make is followed by a confirmation email to your address confirming a payment has been made from your card , you can rest assured that all transactions are  100% secure.

If you do not have a paypal account you can still pay using paypal, paypal will provide you information on how to pay without the need of setting up a paypal accoount.

Please note payment will show on your bank statement as 'fertilitym'

I will then packaged up your item and post them to you via Royal Mail.

Post and packaging

Your item/items will be packaged in plain packaging with no indication of whats inside, my returns address label will show on the package to enable Royal Mail to return the item if the address is incorrect. This is a Royal Mail requirement.

I will require a full name and address with postcode please ensure that the card you use has the same address as the the one you are providing for the item to be sent to.

Items will be sent Monday to Friday  and will be sent within 2 working days.

Returns and Cancellation policy.

If you receive a item that is damaged or incorrect fertility momma will provide you with a replacement item or full refund.

If you wish to return the goods based on a error you have made then you will receive a refund  less the shipping/postage packaging costs.

Once you have received  the goods you have 7 days to return the item to me please contact me on fertilitymomma@goolemail to inform me this is your decision., please state why you are returning the item and if you want a replacement, please do this within 7 days of receiving your order.

A Refund if requested will be made within 30 days of can cellation.

 Please note because of the nature of the products I sell on this website, I do ask that products be returned in an unused condition, in original packaging and complete with all documentation. Only unopened test kits may be returned. Opened test kits or any used goods cannot be returned. It is illegal to send through the mail any goods contaminated with human urine or blood.

Please ensure you clearly state the reason you would like a return or a replacement and send it back to me within 7 days of receiving your order
